- Online Mock Interview Session with Debanjan Biswas, WBCS Group A , WBCS (Exe.) Rank 7 in WBCS 2019 Examination. The mock interview was conducted in April - May 2021 & actual interview was held in April-May 2021.
Due to Covid situation PSC had announced online interview. So after a few physical mock interviews we shifted to online interview mode, which was totally new for candidates of West Bengal and we can proudly announce that we are the pioneer in arranging online mock interviews.
It was probably the best panel of mock interview which (full board) consisted of
1. Sri Soumya Mukherjee, Deputy Commissioner of Revenue (WBCS Gr A)
2. Sri Debjeet Ganguly , Deputy Secretary (WBCS Exe Rank 2)
3. Sri Abhirup Bhattacharjee, Deputy Magistrate & Deputy Collector (WBCS Exe Rank 3, 2018)
4. Sri Subrata Bhattacharya, Consultant Psychologist.
We tried to discuss every aspect of candidate's life and suggest any addition alteration of the way of speaking, how to tackle tough questions, overall grooming etc.
It was also probably first time that a psychologist was included in the board but he was not visible all the time as a rule of the game.
After each interview there is separate feedback part in this same video in last 2/3 minutes.

Chairman Sir asked : riddle = didn’t answer,riddle = didn’t answer , math = took 5 +1 minute but failed to answer . Reaction = math ই করতে পারছনা, bdo হয়ে কি করবে , Me = sir, math টি আমার পাড়া উচিত ছিল,cause এটা compulsory paper এও ছিল । . 2nd = যাদের প্রচুর টাকা কি বলে - মিলিওনেয়ার , তার থেকে বেশি ? - বিললিওনেয়ার , তার থেকে বেশি ? - trillionaire , তার থেকে বেশি ?

Wbcs এ যতজনকেই ranking e দেখছি তাঁদের প্রত্যেককেই দেখছি science background er। অনেকদিন পরে milani das নামে একজন arts background er candidate ke দেখলাম যিনি ranking e আছেন কিন্তু বেশিরভাগটাই দেখছি science background er students। তাহলে কি arts er student raa khub ektaa wbcs exam crack করতে পারে না??!! এই বিষয়টা কেউ একটু জানলে আমাকে please একটু বলবেন কারণ আমিও arts background er aar aamio ভাবছি যে wbcs দেবো। সেইরকম বুঝলে আমি আর এগোবো না।
