Yep, nice succinct video. I especially liked the point about keeping the draft sketchy and not committing to screen/software too soon. Not sure that I agree with the concept of involving everyone. . . . . I can see the ethical/cultural/moral sides of this argument but often practicality of just needing to get stuff done/time/money means this is impractical to follow through.
Nice presentation ,So map the current process first avoid improvement until later?what is the most important seeing the big picture first or start from the bottom?what make big picture a big picture,how to avoid putting the process that too detailed in big picture?
