Quick & Easy to Make Indian Lentil Dal (Dahl) Recipe | Vegan Vegetable Curry

- Hi Lovelies,
today I have a delicious vegan recipe for you that is packed with flavour and will make you come back to making it over and over again :) In this video I am sharing with you my quick and easy to make indian lentil dal (dahl) recipe. It has so much flavour from the vegetables and the spices that you can even serve it on its own. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
(makes 4 Servings)
- olive oil as needed
- 2 onions
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp curry spice
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 250g (little over 1 cup) yellow lentils
- 400ml (1 can) coconut milk
- 500ml (little over 2 cups) vegetable broth
- small bunch of coriander
- rice and yogurt for serving (optional)
