- This video explores my philosophy of creating a positive learning environment for my students and how it is implemented in my practice.
I believe that creating a positive, safe and supportive classroom environment is one of the most important aspects of teaching. The one thing that I can guarantee for my students is an environment in which they feel safe, as we know not all students have a stable home life. Students want to feel comfortable to express themselves freely and not have the fear of rejection by their peers or their teacher.

Our teacher sent this as material for our class. I am three semesters away from becoming a teacher and this video helped me a lot to realize the things where I should channel my energy. I will always go back to this video whenever I feel like I am losing sight of my dreams. Thank you for everything that you do, Spencer.
