yes, it is tito's villa ( official residency) named Bijela vila ( White villa) , it was build in 1953., and its view is on little island of Vanga, where is Tito's other residence situated. On the place where the White villa is standing , there were two smaller villas; Villa Weinberger and Villa Feilchenfeld. Villa Weinberger was subsequently expanded and was then called Villa Otto. Both villas were built by Karl Wittgenstein ( austrian steel tycoon). The villas were completed in 1901. They were later demolished to build the White Villa, Tito's summer residence built of Brijuni stone. Over Jugoslavia are at least 2o Tito villas of this size and luxury. ( villa Dalmazia - Split, Pantovščak - Zagreb, castle Tikveš - Baranja, Villa Bled - Bled Slovenia, Villa Lapad - Dubrovnik, Villa Izvor - Plitvice lakes, Two villas - Kupari, Villa Dunavka - Sarengrad, and so on........)
