I definitely see where Tocha comes across as shady. But Tamika (and Tiny) come across as the peace makers to me...at least that how it seems on the show. But Kandi also lies a lot...she changes what she says very often.

benoit rafeli...Kandi said on their reality show that during the group's run, she was the youngest and her opinions often got disregarded by the group, Toscha was the unofficial leader and that's where the tension lies. Kandi is now the most successful of all of them and now she doesn't want to feel the way she felt when they were a group. Her attitude is that she doesn't need the group, they need her.
You can definitely tell it's still tension between Kandi and Latocha. I hope they can work it out. I plan on going to their concert i need them to get it right lol
Agreed, them sisters need to back off. Kandi doesn’t mean it as if “you need me”, she means it as you need me, asked me so why do you keep coming for me and acting like a three piece as seen in the shows episode 1 during rehearsal where they created a new version she was unaware of. It was pure shady, like you discuss it first. Same way the toocha one sent the setlist without having a group discussion

Kandi is the way she is for a reason. She's in her 40's, a wife and mother...Watching the interviews, I can only imagine what the sisters are like off camera. I dont blame her for not wanting to record with them. Nobody got time for drama.

ThatNigga_KC 1998.....Kandi is everything to hate on, she wrote alot of their songs first of all, and she wrote songs for other artists(TLC, Faith, etc) so she has some bread, she doesn't need the group, they need her. Did you know she was named songwriter of the year in 2000, she was the first black woman to win the prestigious award? So yes, she's plenty to hate on. She was able to buy her first home at 19!

Body language speaks louder than words, Kandi clearly states Tiny is the middle man so for the toocha chick to come at Kandi hastily for not wanting to dance to that tacky choreo during rehearsal was uncalled for. Even during that clip the choreographer was one of the sisters friends, if one member isn’t comfortable than you stop and discuss it as a group. These are grown woman not 19yr controlled by a record label. Kandi than throws it back at Tiny “who wants to come on time & who don’t” because she knows she is cool with Tiny to come for her being late. Kandi most likely doing this for two reasons 1. She didn’t want people creating their history. 2. She knows her bff Tiny wants the group back and most likely needs redirect her personal life at the moment. Kandi seems like she’s trying to make the best of all the shade she be catching

I don't know why people are so against the Scott sisters (as many of you rudely call them) I love all 4 of them. You don't have to choose. Just because Kandi has a bigger platform don't mean they don't have a fan base and support. Latocha and Tamika are not evil but they have hurt like Kandi has hurt. It's like this if we are arguing and you hit below the belt I can't continue to hold grudges and allow the world to degrade you once we agree to reunite and move on. I like Kandi too but she seem to still be holding on to grudges as well.

Kandi's attitude is the problem. It's been said throughout the years that Toscha had the voice and so she got most of the leads and Kandi had a problem with that. And Kandi was upset that Toscha got to do a solo project which never got released because Jermaine Dupree left the company. And because Jermaine left the company, Toscha's solo project got shelved. But doesn't that happen with a lot of groups, one is asked to go solo and the rest aren't, then there seems to be a rift? That was sort of a problem as well with New Edition. Now where I say New Edition handled their business, unlike Xscape, they fought through all that mess over 10 years ago and worked diligently to produce a masterful story of their life, their legacy. If these women had been able to push past the BS, then no one would be telling their story. And Jermaine Dupree was nice enough to hold off on assigning HIS musical rights to that company and instead give Xscape time to do their own story. So I'm wishing they get it done. The only three who were interested in doing this for years were Tiny and the Scott Sisters. Kandi didn't get onboard until she saw the New Edition biopic. And like Todd told Kandi, it's business!
That’s not true😂 no one asked Tocha to go solo she was planning on going solo while they were recording their 3rd album and left the group high and dry halfway through their promotion for the 3rd album. Tiny and Kandi even said that during one of their rehearsals on the tour with R Kelly that they went on Tocha went up to the 3 other girls and told them she was going solo and that Tamika and Tiny can go have more babies and Kandi can go do her lil modeling thing. There’s even pictures of only Kandi, Tamika, and Tiny at award shows throughout 99 because Tocha had already went solo. And then when Tochas album was shelved she wanted to go back to the group in 2000 but Kandi had already started up her successful songwriting career.

Kandi talks deserves to be able to talk because her voice doesn't get the credit it deserves she may not be the most powerful singer but it is her voice that makes Xscape sound like Xscape it's her low sultryness that you hear in all the hooks that give them the trademark sound and yes she did sing lead on the majority of their hits. Tocha wants to be seen as a solo artists that the group needs as if she's their Beyonce if they made an album or a song without kandis tones in or on it you would definitely notice it.
