I am still working on how to transfer from my phone to a place to save them (only because I haven't tried) I usually just forward the important ones to my email. I just found out it can back up to several spots on the cloud ! I'm super excited. Only issue I have is it doesn't record if you are using bluetooth. Stinks when I am answering calls from my car :(
I've always had a good experience with this app but only with phone calls. It does not record the other person on Messenger calls or other apps. And now that I've gotten a new phone it wants me to Enable App Connector and I can't find that anywhere so I can't even access my previous recordings now.
You DEFINITELY need a UA-cam video(s) that explains How to Activate Helper. I have Android 13, and I had Cube ACR working, and then it stopped working, and your instructions are useless. Great program when it's working, but I'm pulling my hair out now.
same here, when I use headphones to listen a call, it just can't record the voice form others 😭😭💀💀. The app only use the mic to record call but not recording built-in voice
Says it's recording calls in the notifications when I'm on call. Doesn't actually play them. It still says to test it out in the app when I open it, even though it's recorded a few calls
To all the people who can only hear themselves and not the caller, the only solution I found was to put calls on speaker phone. When not on speaker phone I barely if even hear the other person, but on speaker I can hear them crystal clear. But I have an issue where it records, but there's no sound from either party. I just had an important 30 minute call with critical info. I didn't take much notes since I was under the assumption the app was recording, but it wasn't. What a Piece of Shit 🤬🤬

I installed this sack of shit app, it does not record any calls, I have tried every thing no luck waste of time, It's weird how phone companies don't have a working record app with the phone when you buy it, what a joke.
My Cube ACR worked great for over a year then suddenly STOPED. I followed the instructions for 'Android 9 and above', by installing "Cube ACR Helper" as they said to do, then at the end they wanted $19.99 per year to use it now. FUCK THEM.!! I'll find another Free one.

It was working good and then abruptly stopped without any notice - lost a lots of important conversations. i install it over 20 times again and again with default settings and playing with them to no result. It seem to record, file is playing but no sound. tried many ways on different players, computers and phones. just no sound recorded.
This app is bullshit. It was bullshit when I first tried it four years ago and nothing has changed. Only records your side of the conversation. Bullshit.
It only records one side of the conversation. No reply from customer support.

how do I find recordings on my phone, to download them to PC?
Can only hear myself on the recording. Cannot hear the other person.
Have you found any ways to fix it? I may look at other apps instead
Same thing with me with certain calls. Like with my wife it always works fine but others it's just me
I downloaded it but when I call someone I have to so into notification bar I don't get a widget as told
