G'DAY Riley you are not the first to ask I injection mould my bibs now, but I still form some to shape with a hand press. Takes me now about 3 seconds to press one up now Making moulds for bibs with a 3rd dimension parting line is expensive. So my mould have 6 different bibs and makes 8 at a time I doubled up on 2 bib types But if you hang in there I will make a video on some tricks and tools I use for prototyping now. Some are quite odd,,, but make sense when your trying to come up with the perfect design.
I realize hanging for a vid is very off putting,, so as a show of good faith, start looking for Sargent Pliers it's not a brand but a style of plier They do have many forms but the one thing they share is there jaws travel parallel to each other you will need to fill in, grind off or cover the secretions on the jaws. You will find them at market stalls that have tools is the best place to start and Ebay. After laying out some stuff for, doing a 15min vid it is going to be very tough .
