I like the Cherry witch, it has balanced effects. Not to cheeky and not to much designs but it's different from the original skin which makes it Special. Plus i like the Sun set in the ult and its flower.

For me : Basic attack : cherry witch (I love that the flower is actually spinning) First skill : cherry witch (the spinning effect has 3 colors and is more visible) Second skill (purify effect) : Tied Second skill (teleport to umbrella) : summer festival (the mark she left on the previous spot is better, and it also has the fireworks effect) Ultimate (knockback) : cherry witch (do I need to explain?) Ultimate (pull) : tied (honestly the summer festival has more effect, but the effect on the cherry witch is just so elegant, so idk which one to pick) Passive : tied (idk which one to pick, both of them is gorgeous) The link from her to the umbrella : cherry witch (way more elegant, and it has sakura floating) Design : Umbrella i'll pick summer festival The outfit i like cherry witch more

Kagura special skin were epic tier or better than other epic skins while her epic skin was a Collector tier. Not to mention her starlight and annual starlight. All skin design and effects were poured to her.
I have both and rainy walk. I like using Cherry Witch and Summer Festival when I want to show off and be flashy w/ the effects. But sometimes, I want simple and not too distracting skin so I use rainy walk.
Tbh the skills effects are better on her Cherry Witch. But the wallpaper skin design will go to Summer festival. I do hope they optimised the skills effects on her summer skin

I hate how devs nerfed her summer skin skill effects. The skill fx of the last summer skin was more elegant. It was refined and light. Now, the summer skin looks inferior than the cherry witch even when they're both special skins. They should've just changed the model not the fx.
