My recommendation would to be to pour the beers in a glass. Then just have them numbered to keep the tasting blind. Then you can do the ranking separately and cut to that scene as needed. Obviously you can put your own spin on that presentation. This will also allow you to take your blind fold off. Unless you like fumbling around the beers. Great job so far and cheers!
Glad you enjoyed it! I always go back and forth on whether to use glasses or cups, only because I think the actual cans/bottles make it easier for the viewer to see what's what throughout the video. And the blindfold adds a bit of humor to the whole ordeal 😂. Thanks for watching! 🍻
I real think that you should poor about 3 inches into a glass. I like the video but this will insure better aroma that will help to detect tastes and quality of the beer
I know it would be a more accurate test from a glass., It would just require some kind of labeling or editing in post production so the viewer knows which beer is which during the video. Especially with all the moving around. Drinking out of the bottle/can is a more engaging visual for the viewer. But I've been brainstorming other options.
We went back and forth about that a lot before making the first video. Ultimately we thought sticking with bottles would be better so it's easier for people watching to keep track of which is which.

Gotta love em! 🍻
These are American beers....where are the German???
Fair point! Our lineups are typically comprised of whatever is most easily accessible 🍻
@@iRunOnBeer can understand that to be fair...
Hofbrauhaus Dunkel
These should've been in glasses so he could get more "nose"
