Tier 1 = ht1 and lt1
Tier 2 = ht2 and lt2
Tier 3 = ht3 and lt3
Tier 4 = ht4 and lt4
Tier 5 = ht5 and lt5
And listen lt = low tier and ht = high tier so that means high tier is upper then low tier like ht1,lt1,ht2,lt2 like this table
