Sir, excellent video. One request, in bharat, black money is needed sometimes. 1) when buying a property, esp when its resale one. 2) 99% r not lucky like u. Most of biz, many agencies interfare a lot. Police, civic agencies, pollution dept, gst, income tax, gumasta, politicians, goons etc. They all dont take money in white. So, be practical. Dont advise impractical things.

Sir, i find last 70 year data of gold than i realised gold appteciated by 7% in USD and INR depreciated agaimst USD average by 5% year on year so gold increased by 12% and CAGR around 13.5%. If you seen last 12 year data gold rise from $1200 to $2400 per ounce and USD/INR from 42 to 85 so gold rise in INR is 4 times. If gold rise and rise and rupees depreciated against USD than gold goes to 1 lakh for 10 grams in near future. Gold rise in INR it means rupees depreciated against USD.
