Early 2000s are still the golden years of euro dance and most associated with 90s, even though a few of the top tracks came out up to as late as 2006 I’d say, personally. This was 03 summer, I’m pretty sure, and I’d put it in a 90s mix in a heartbeat and don’t know any good DJ who wouldn’t.
