Nice one Jim - I had a rather wild night on Cruach Ardrain but then woke to the most wonderful inversion and calmness - what a lovely morning - I was waving over to Lawers from Ardrain earlier 👌👍 great video sir
Thank you Murray.. I certainly wasn't expecting anything special and was prepared for nothing. So a lovely surprise to see clear skies once through crianlarich - it was actually drizzling early on through Killin... 🤷♂️... Just happy to keep the legs n lungs moving - whilst ticking a few hills off. Hope all's well in Wilkie World. 👊
That was the best view to have with my first sip of mulled wine this season. Told my wife today it was very Scottish out today(fall in the greatlakes region north america), bouncing between 12-18°C day and night, high overcast clouds with spotty rain...glad you got some of the better❤
That'll warm you up .. It was a lovely morning to get out and about and so much better than I expected.. Thank you so very much for your kind support.. 🍷 👍😎
Ding dong Jim. 😎 Got dragged up a loooong, boggy Corbett by Robin that day. Sun was above us but no inversion. Told him am never daien Corbetts again when inversions are forecasted. 🙄😏
Magnificent Jimmy 👍,reminds me of the first of a trilogy of books by Robert James Lees called ‘through the mists’.I’m so far through the last one now called ‘the gate of heaven’,saving it for some nice peaceful downtime somewhere nice 😍👍.✊🙏❤️👌👊😎
Howdy Jim ~ absolutely stunning views you have captured there. There is ‘sumit’ about have the destination to yourself Jim! Superb videography indeed. I did these 4 hills do many years ago I’d forgotten about it ~ this video brought my memories tumbling back so thank you. I’m now wishing I’d been there along side you ~ just downloaded routes from walkhighlands and sent it to my Garmin watch as it’s a must to do next year me thinks¿ All the Best ~ Frank
Stunning James, I could have done to with hill I was on last night being 500m higher 😂 couldn’t see past my hand. Good effort to get up that elevation so early, guessing you must be starting from some altitude also? Thanks for taking us along? #claggedoutTito 👍
Thank you Troddlemiester. Aye - 400m start.. Round about a 1000m total elevation over both hills.. it's been dystopian here... Very weird murky skies - I was very very lucky this morning 😁😁😁😎
