Gotta love product that are designed by TRUE Outdoorsmen instead of production Committee's. Great Products aren't at a low price but they often end up being less expensive after lasting for many years vs a few months.
Thanks, appreciate your in-depth and insightful review. Saw someone wearing those anoraks in a video, searched for a review and this is it. Great detail highlights. I was curious about the price, thanks for mentioning that. Quality, totally worth saving for. Exchanging the coin savings, from not buying one take out coffee a day for a year, could buy a lifetime of peace of mind, it's good knowing one can trust the gear. Did you find a function for the kangaroo pocket webbing loops? Happy trails
Hello, sorry for getting back to your comment so late. Thank you for the kind words. I’m glad I was able to give you some good information about the anorak. People tell me I’m crazy did ordering one. To me though. It’s worth ever cent. I haven’t found a use for the loops yet. That doesn’t mean I never will. The kangaroo pouch on the other hand. I use that for everything from my hat and gloves. To other small things I carry. I hope you save enough money to purchase one. I definitely swear by this.
Hello sorry for getting back to you so late. I only have the mid weight. My opinion it works the best. If your only wearing a t-shirt underneath. You can still feel the wind. But if you wear a think flannel shirt. Or a Henley. You’ll have no problems. I hope this helped. Thanks for watching.

You can use them for things you don’t want to loose tied in with a carabiner.
I'm loving it! :)
