Money. How does that word make you feel? Is it a rush of adrenaline, dollar signs running through your head like a slot machine? Perhaps you feel motivated, ready to send those work emails you’ve been putting off, or spend an extra hour writing that movie script that you’re certain will be a hit. But maybe you don’t feel so good when you hear that word. Maybe the mere mention of money causes your hands to go clammy, your heart rate to rise and your brain to start doing somersaults around all the ways in which you don’t have, need more, want more, money.

What a horrible in video sponsorship. Misleading. Long. Makes UA-cam red useless. The black bars top and bottom are stupid. Unnecessary. Why? Just make the video smaller if you like that shape. And a 25 min sponsorship wherein you become a cheap salesman selling junk based on false promises. Very disappointing.

Investing in the stock market has HISTORICALLY provided higher returns than other forms of investment. According to Morningstar, the average annual return for the S&P 500 index, which measures the performance of 500 large-cap stocks, was approximately 10% from 1926 to 2023.

The concept of money as a tool to exchange value is still one of the BEST inventions ever created.
What society has turned it and by extension ITSELF into in the endless pursuit of "ever increasing profits" is easily one of the WORST things to ever happen.
People consider a mere number with a $ attached to it as more important than common decency, humanity, and common sense. Why else is everything as psychologically manipulative as possible to keep people "engaged" with mind-rotting content just to increase the share-holders portfolios without ANY thought at all as to the consequences. As long as $ go UP, It's FINE.

Inflation, lack of confidence in the currency, and an insane national debt are already out of control. You are quite wrong about the gold standard. It was NOT abandoned because we suddenly discovered that the supply of gold could increase, in fact, it was the opposite reason, in that the supply of gold could not be increased fast enough to cover all the spending the world's governments wanted to do ! In the end, the gold standard was dropped because it could not be continued, since the US government just ran out of gold, full stop. Now one option at that point would have been to tighten our belt, and pay down our debt, and live within our means, saving up the gold to invest in paying for our government ponzi schemes like Social Security, but of course, the Federal Government didn't want to do any of that crap, so they just stopped redeeming dollars for gold, so they could make and spend WAY more dollars than there was gold, and thus, the Age of Inflation really got started. The reality is, the value of a dollar is how much of the world's stuff it can buy, and because there are always more dollars being created, each one's share of the real stuff keeps going down.

Bitcoin and investing into stocks exist but they are a gamble on if you can win in the end and not everyone can win. Stocks are a scam, loans are a scam, crypto is a scam, everything is designed to rob you of the little money the elite allows you to make to barely subsist. Too little to give you the opportunity to do something about it, and just enough to keep you content. But the greed is reaching unprecedented levels, and we're in for a major depression soon. I simply don't like fees and interests from the banks and being tied up. I know my money will lose value in 3-5 years but I believe I can still invest most of it in an apartment.

In fact, I realized recently that money can only work so long as there are rich and poor people
If you will we want to eliminate poverty and get everyone to be as equal as possible, the system of money must be replaced with a more resilient system that can support it
I'm not an economist, but I see loans, interest rates, taxes, and all the other features as nothing more than patches on top of a broken system that we all agreed to use
