I have been a HUGE fan of Uriah heep for most of my life, and i can honestly say that I just recently watched new live footage of Deep purple, one of my all time favorites . Uriah heep in the present still rock with energy and conviction, whereas purple are not the same as they once were with Blackmore and Jon Lord. They are still top notch musician's, but I think Uriah heep deserve so much praise they don't receive.
Not sure if I should use "lucky" but I come from a country where Uriah Heep are bigger than Led Zeppelin and the only country that celebrates July Morning every year(dawn of July 1) with so many of former Uriah Heep members performing it live through the years including Ken Hensley and John lawton
