Do you need to add a topcoat after the acrylic or will it be durable without? Also could you use a no-wipe topcoat before the design instead of matte?
you can also use a Top Coat without dispersion , but you must take into account that it will not have the same effect , and when drawing there is a risk that your drawing will run .
this type of design doesn't cover up with anything. If the products are good it lasts a month without problems.

Do you add any top coat over it? I made some the other day and because they are white matt nails 💅 they get dirty really easily and capture so much lint. I've had them for 3 days now and I'm constantly wiping them with rubbing alcohol to clean them, or soap and water. I finally decided to put a clear top coat and somehow it some what lost its texture. Has this happened to anyone?
hello, this kind of dizain is not covered with the top coat. if your white gets dirty it can be either because you used a paint with dispersion, then to stick everything, or because your opaque with which you covered the color gets dirty.Unfortunately in this technique it is very easy for the white to get dirty

I think it all depends on the products you use, there are Top Matt that do not get dirty, in the end even if it gets dirty you can always clean it ☺️
Can this look be achieved using gne regular top coat instead of matte?
yes, you can also use the glossy top, with the matt top the design stands out more

or a 3 D gel
I've seen another UA-camr add acrylic powder to the gel polish to keep it firm.
Don’t need finish with top coat ?
