in my opinion, maybe dave has many international viewers who also comment (like me🙄).
When commenting, they automatically speak in English, read & like English comments.
If the comment is written in Korean or other foreign languages, many people do not understand, so it tends to be skipped over and buried between comments in English language. (and sorry for my bad English)
