@perfectlineswiss I just received my order and was given chapstick size containers instead of the two full sized mitch I ordered. Not sure what that was about or why I wasn't contacted about the switch but my package looked nothing like the product being posted by influencers. I'm disappointed by your customer service.

I LOVE this product!!! I can't live without it now. You don't have to bleach your knots, it preserves the longevity of your wig and it looks like SCALP!! You do have to get used to the product but once you do OMG!! The mini tubes are like chapstick and easier to control then then larger tube. And Mitch is also my perfect color and I'm a 420 in Fenty and a Nw 44 in Mac!! Great video Ivy!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 also the product comes out lighter than the tube actually shows.

Ivy can you do a video on the hair companies send you vs you ordering the same wig under a different name or different address to test if you get the same quality? I would love to see the outcome. Most companies you tell us about are good but there’s been a few where I’ve received terrible wigs.

Using the end of the rat tail comb over ur side part help melt the product so it look like scalp ..and using oil help remove residue

No ivy your supposed to sit the stick in warm water to melt the product then you smear onto lace

You didn't put enough of the concealer on the lace you have to let it sit in hot water first before you apply

You can also use a hair dryer. The UA-camr Lovely Bryanna uses a hair dryer in her videos when she uses this product.
How long did you blow dry it for?
This unit is so pretty 😍 and great install…that kiss glue isn’t it. It doesn’t work for me and it isn’t waterproof. I just had a bad experience 🤷🏽♀️
