There's the homepage of Freiburg uni, and on the homepage there's info about the application of international students, and you can go with the procedure either send the application per Post of per Mail. Idk what the exact procedure goes, since I graduated in a German Uni of bachelor, so for me, it is not that complicated. Wish you a lovely weekend. Wish everything goes well.
