    So good to see you. I miss you so much. I've made it through the first year of widowhood and had a good bit of weight loss, but it has stopped. I'm interested and will check out the doctors you recommended. God bless you, you look great, and congrats on the weight loss. Blessings always, g.

    Really nice to see you Sandra. I did try the intermittent fasting but not very long. I have a lot of headaches and can’t take pills on an empty stomach. Maybe it’s just an excuse but I can’t set certain hours like that. I probably should just start counting my eating hours no matter what time it is. 1:30, 3:30 or whatever early morning time it is. Please let’s talk more about it. I’m so glad you lost 12 pounds! I’d be thrilled!

      Yes, if you have to take medications with food this may not be the right plan for you. Glad to "see" you too!

    We do this and Carnivore/Ketovore-ish diet. I would rec'd drinking milk kefir for the acid reflux...

      I'll look into the kefir. I've had gerd for years and I think it's a complication of another medical issue. I'm glad carnivore works for you. I'm not sure I could stick with it.

    Congratulations on the weight loss. Its nice seeing you and knowing your ok. Ive tried intermittent fasting and it didnt work. I know it can. I dont like anything that restricts me. I have started losing weight by doing what “Tammys ageless beauty “did. I started at the beginning of april and have lost almost 8 lbs. I like having a 80% clean and 20% what I want in moderation. Im still learning. She lost 25 lbs and just up and committed and did it. She looks great. You must get put and walk or do a treadmill or whatever gets your heart rate up. Take care! God bless

      Yes, I firmly believe that different methods work for weight loss/health. What works for one may not for others. Congrats on your weight loss!

    Good to see you! I have packed on the pounds after I quit smoking. I think I will look into this. I would be very happy to lose 12 pounds.
    Did you move? Kitchen looks different and you have dogs outside.

      No, I haven't moved. I'm dog sitting for my son and dil who live outside of Dallas. ❤️

    I have been doing the intermittent fasting thing since September and it's been working really well for me. I start fasting at 8pm and don't eat anything until 10am the next morning. I'm not a morning person anyway so this works out. And honestly if you 'cheat' and break your fast once in awhile it isn't a big deal. The LoseIt app has helped me a ton and reminds me when to start and break my fasts. I've lost 35+ lbs so far from tracking calories and I think the intermittent fasting has made a big difference too.

      Also apropos of nothing but I have been craving a big fudgy frosting-covered brownie for a couple days now. Sigh!
