This made me start to think... i was always available to people and i dont know how to say NO to people. whenever there was a plan i was always there. i guess thats why people dont care about me. i am an introvert and had this in me that i would miss all of it if i said no to it (FOMO). because of my fear i became like this. even though i thought of this to reduce it many times the fear always won so people know that i am there but after my use is done no one talks to me or no one cares about me anymore. even though i am in the group its just me. feels lonely even around the people. thats the problem....
been there but then I started saying no and I feel complete even without others… trust me saying no is difficult few times & yeah sometimes I too get fomo but then most of the times I feel happy … , happy with myself and also those people starts giving value to you slowly…. though rn I am in a place where I am academically weak than my friends but still they value me becoz I have created an image lke that …. now I’m just trying to be best at everything I do….🥲

I think you shouldn't try to be an extrovert but simply learn something from them cause I know some introverts who damn near make that their whole excuse at the same time I know those who are the opposite and never bring forth the fact that they are introverts (and they don't go nodding for everything they are asked for). So yeah learn how to deal with people, how to communicate with others (watch people like sankho and try to implement it with strangers and school/class mates alike). The best example for this would be old people you know the chill old people who don't talk much but they know their stuff ,they know how to communicate etc. But they don't go around like an extrovert but they give this vibe that they are not talking because they are afraid but because they 'choose' to. Be like that and remember extrovert or introvert we all are gonna die one day and the only thing that matters is the journey you could try to impress materialistic people by making a fake persona or you could live you're life with fear of taking to people either way you're not enjoying the journey, observe the chance around you.
