I was there too watching them warm up, they are dedicated hard workers. Tommy bombed some insanely long punts warming up. They were practicing during the entire game on the sidelines. Sad that so many people are hating on Tommy after the Super Bowl....he is such a great talent.
I think Tommy will be a great long term fixture in the kingdom. I just hope his consistency improves quickly. At fist, I thought the re-signing of Dustin was simply to have an experienced punter in the wings should Tommy go down with an injury or C-19...but after this last game I’m wondering if the coaching staff is thinking that the pressure of the playoffs might be a little too much too soon for Tommy. But maybe it won’t matter...maybe we’ll stop screwing around and just score on every possession of the next 3 games as we Run It Back!

I’d say average. Definitely close to terrible in this game. But there are definitely a lot worse around the league. I think lack of consistency is his biggest flaw. He had a few great kicks pinning the opponents back over the past few games, which is probably why they wanted to highlight him with the mic. And then this week happened 🤦♂️. A couple of positives...he’s still young and he recognized the flaws. He seems intelligent and coachable...I think, ultimately, he’ll do us proud. We’re just used to being a little spoiled after having one one of best of all time! Selfishly, I’d love to see Dustin get in for a punt sometime in the postseason! Ok, even more selfishly, I hope we don’t have to punt much, if any, over the next oh, I don’t know...3 games!

I might be in the minority here but I think he’s a terrible punter.
I’d say average. Definitely close to terrible in this game. But there are definitely a lot worse around the league. I think lack of consistency is his biggest flaw. He had a few great kicks pinning the opponents back over the past few games, which is probably why they wanted to highlight him with the mic. And then this week happened 🤦♂️. A couple of positives...he’s still young and he recognized the flaws. He seems intelligent and coachable...I think, ultimately, he’ll do us proud. We’re just used to being a little spoiled after having one one of best of all time! Selfishly, I’d love to see Dustin get in for a punt sometime in the postseason! Ok, even more selfishly, I hope we don’t have to punt much, if any, over the next oh, I don’t know...3 games!
