Icarus! I believe it’s the nickname of the spacecraft that went away in the OG Planet of the Apes film? I like to think too that the spacecraft that was briefly shown or alluded to in this “reboot” film is this continuity’s Icarus. Let me check your blog post after this comment to see if I got it right.
I love your reactions! You’re definitely one of my favourites, because you’re not overly talkative to the point you’re missing the details of the movie. So many reactors are so being deliberately noisy just to show they are “reacting” and, in their mind, to keep the viewers entertained. But, to me, they just come off as frustrating because they often end up not understanding the movie and its important details because they’re busy yapping.
You noticed many details here that many reactors missed. I wanna especially mention the one at the very end: noticing that Caesar very subtly asked Will’s permission once again, for the final time, before he made that glorious final climb with his new family of smart apes. So far, you’re the only one I have seen who noticed and commented on that!
I even realized something new after seeing your reaction: that Freida Pinto’s character was a veterinarian. That adds even a little more reasoning to her initial objection at her boyfriend’s past experimenting on apes. It’s such an obvious detail, I know, yet this is the first time I am realizing that, thanks to you.
Yes!!❤️ I didn't understand the significance of the spacecraft taking off on the news in the background of that scene, but I beleive that is a reference to the Planet of the Apes Original Universe! But I have yet to see where this story heads.
Great reaction Reema ... There are a number of callbacks to the original PoTA movie. You should watch that ASAP .. there were 5 total with the first and third the best. The other 3 are entertaining..... 😊
A trilogy where there are no bad movies. These are great. No spoilers but this trilogy will tell a complete story and this new one will be telling it's own as well but it is related to this world. I would also hope you react to the original '68 movie as well. Maybe after you finish these movies though.

Hi, Thankyou for reacting to the first installment of the trilogy Rise of the planet of the apes. I really hope you react to part 2 and 3 of Caesars story in Dawn and War before the new one Kingdom that’s just came out at the cinema. Kingdom takes place 300 years after the 3rd movie of this trilogy WAR. I adore this trilogy. In my opinion this trilogy Rise, Dawn and War are MASTERPIECES . I adore Caesar too. Andy Serkis who plays Caesar using motion cap does a truly phenomenal job. It’s so sad that this trilogy is criminally underrated and unappreciated by many people because it has apes in it. I love primates especially chimps they are my fave wild animal. I’m going to sub to your channel in the hope that you react to parts 2 and 3 of this trilogy Dawn and War because if you enjoyed this one then you’ll love Dawn and War even more cause they raise the bar higher and higher with each movie. She is brilliant. I am an admirer of Indian classical music for decades now. Indian Instruments like the Sitar, the Veena or the Sarangi can move the soul in a way no western instrument can. Anoushka Shankar is a virtuoso and she carries on the great legacy of her legendary father.....and as i said before you look a lot like her, which is not a thing to be dissapointed i guess, because she's absolutely beautiful!
