Auto Rotate View when beginning a sketch in SOLIDWORKS

Whenever we start in a sketch in SolidWorks we perform the following three steps:
1. Select a plane or planar face
2. Click the sketch icon
3. Orient the view (often using CTRL+8 to get NORMAL TO)
