  • This is a 15-minute, seated lymphatic exercise workout routine, without equipment needed. It's an abdomen and leg lymphedema exercise routine that is all done from chair. This leg lymphedema exercise routine will stimulate the lymphatics and get the lymphatic system moving. It focuses in on core muscles where the deep lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes are, as well as sequencing with the lymphatic vessels for decongestion of lymphedema and swelling in the lower body.

    I have started this exercise, even though it is extremely difficult to do as my legs are so heavy, lifting them is very difficult, but I am managing to do them slowly, there is one that is impossible for me to do and that is the one where you have to lift your leg and touch your opposite knee or ankle , so all I'm able to do is stand on my tip toe and reach over to my knee , I think it still works because I'm still making that movement. I'm sure with time my flexibility will improve

    Great, I’m glad tu found you thank you so much for you’re video. I just received from my appt this Tuesday do I have lymph edema in my two legs. I hope is I can meet you or get help from you to get better with my legs, I have to osteoarthritis and knee replacement and is hard for me bend my right knee, because my knee can bender. I will appreciate is you can help me with this and you’re video. Or is you know someone they can do massage for the lymphedema. I will appreciate so much is you can help me. Thanks and God Bless You.     I just found your page, can't wait to watch more.
    3months ago my left foot and leg started swelling, my Gynecologist Oncologist said it's due to Radiation Lymphoma, ordered PT. This week my right foot feels like a puddle of fluid inside, same feeling I had just before the left ballooned. I'm at a loss, 4 years cancer free but so many side effects from Chemo and Radiation.
