I have not liked what I have seen from Negan so far, but, I think he may actually help Rick's group in fighting whatever may the future await them. Why? Because I believed in Merle too. If Merle can change, so can Negan. I believe in him. :)
We dont know that, not yet. The only lead we will have is what happens in the comics. unless they switch it. like how thwy put merle and daryl in the first season
