Hi There. I am trying to troubleshoot a 6x6 panel setup. Whoever built the cabinet did a weird connection. On the color light card, they used J1,J2,J3 skipped J4, J5,J6 and J7. How is this configurable? Skipping connectors.
Another great video, i didn't know it was possible to just run a panel setup from your PC network card, I've always been using a sender! You sir are a legend. Do you have a video of the X1 controller you do on your website? cant seem to find one
i have a colorlight card i5-907 that i just swapped put and now the cabinet is not working can i use these steps to program this one card to work with multiple cabinets?
Awesome video. Previously I could save data that is going to be displayed on the LED panels to the receiver card. How can I do it with v8 Colorlight card?
Can i use two net cards simultanously for the same screen? I have 8 colorlight cards but i want to connect half of them in one port an the other half to another. I dont have a sender
I believe I've entered the correct cabinet width and height and module width and height (4 panels side by side, so 256x32 cabinet and 64x32 module), but my test pattern is all messed up on the actual panels. What might I be doing wrong?

Hello, great video. I set up a 64 panel P5 matrix using 8 waterproof enclosures. Each enclosure has 8 panels, 2W x 4H. These enclosures each have their own Colorlight Card and power supplies as well. I have 4 enclosures wide by 2 enclosures high, giving me an 8 x 8 matrix. I configured everything in LedVision and the matrix looks and runs fine, I can play video and it looks great. My problem comes when I try to play a sequence from XLights from my Pi. I don't think I am setting up the Led Panels correctly in XLights, but I have tried multiple different ways and nothing seems to be right. The video is broken up and on different screens. I have a screen shot from the FPP setup but not sure how to paste it here.
Hi, for FPP set it up as 8x8 and that should map correctly
@@panelsrus Thanks for the help. I got I looking better, but still not quite right. Should the top four panels be on 1-4 outputs on ColorLight Card, and bottom be on 5-8? I have all on 1-4, works fine with video from LEDVision this way. Was wondering about this, but, not sure if I have to reconfigure everything in LEDVision again if I change the outputs on the bottom 4 enclosures
Finally got it. I had to do the 8 x 8, like you said, but, had to start the numbering from right to left on all 8 rows. It' looking good now. Thanks for all your videos and help!!
Colorlight i5 receiving card parameters for 96x96 can i knwo
You be able to make a troubleshooting video? I completely messed up my colorlight card somehow when I was trying test some configuration settings I accidentally clicked and Save to Receiver instead of Send and ever since then if my panels are connected to J5 (where they were originally connected) it just displays a mess of lit up pixels. If I plug into J1 I get the test image but it is all mixed up and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I tried doing Intelligent Config but it doesn’t seem to work on pixel mapping step. I’m just wondering if there is a way to reset the card to factory settings or wipe it completely so I can start from scratch.
See if your vendor has an rcvbp (config) file for your panels.. That’s the quickest solution, other than starting from scratch.
@@panelsrus I’m having a really hard time getting them to respond to me unfortunately so I was seeing if there was a way to reset everything and use Intelligent Setting to figure it out. That was where I started though requesting the backup file. The vendor has a download section of their site and it says Coming Soon 🤦🏻♂️
I don't understand when I do it on my notebook it appears that it doesn't start NIC, which is NIC I need to solve my problem today :((

Hi LEDVision v9 does not have a "net card" choice. How do i get it to know its connected to my laptop?

I went back to 8.6 all good now. Do you know of a tutorial, etc on using Playermaster from colorlight, or what to use to get content on the panel without FPP?

I noticed it detected an older A5 card, how is 8.5 working with that card? I had to use V 3.5 in order to see my A5 Receiving cards. Can you please confirm?
I have only used v6 upward and they are fine on 8.5

What USB Ethernet brands are supported to be able to configure the netcard. I failed to configure using USB Ethernet Robot and Gojodoq with the statement that the network card was not detected
Can i use hdR508 receiving card with p2.5 panel?!
I have not used such a card, but based on the specification ("Support static module, any scan mode within 2~64 scan") then it should be possible.
