Dear Mr. De Wilde, I really enjoy ALL of your Pro Tools lessons. You really seem to know like tons of stuff about Pro Tools. With that being said you also have the "gift" of being able to teach. Just about anyone can learn a program, but to be able to learn a program and be able to teach said program is a complete set of skills onto itself. I do so enjoy your lessons. Mr. Dewilde you are a great teacher. I wish I could move to your country and work for you. Thank you for EVERYTHING Pro Tools. Sincerely yours, Paulie Greco Jr. PS Keep up the great work, I have been recomending your channel to all of my buds.
Dear Jason, I love these lessons. When I first got into Pro Tools (like 2 years ago) I just used it as a "Digital Reel To Reel" while still using my anolog mixer, effects and my DAT machine to master on. Then I started to slowly phase out my external analog gear for the knowledge and use of DIGITAL. So as I sat back and began to read the manual (WAY TOO BIG and VAGUE!) a buddy of mine said "Paulie, have you tried watching You Tube Videos on Pro Tools?" So following the advice of both my friend and of the drummer Neil Peart of RUSH fame, (who stated in a letter to me "It`s better to go where things are being done over where they`re are being taught). THEN I discovered you and a few others on You Tube. Jason I can`t thank you enough, you are such a good teacher. I have learned things from you that I may have never discovered on my own. With that all being said PLEASE keep up the GREAT work and may you and yours have a GREAT hol;iday season. Sincerely, Paulie Greco Jr.
Just like to say very awesome of you Mr. De Wilde. I was lost and now I'm found! The anxiety really kept me from even attempting to record so I genuinely thank you sir.
I just want to sincerely thank you for these tutorials! Im just getting back into the engineering side of things after 15 years and these tutorials has helped me refresh my memory on how to use protools so thank you!
Thanks for all the help! I've been recording in a professional studio and subscribed to for tools in order to open the projects up at home and listen to parts. I kept getting held up navigating the program and realized I needed to study it a little more. Your tutorials are helping a lot.

your videos are easy to understand most people either end up overloading with information and it becomes hard to grasp or don't detail enough especially on fundamentals but you do a perfect job sir thank you starting to produce myself so this is very helpful

+Alpha Romeo. Thanks for that. Apologies that it took so long to get Part 6 up. Been really busy for ages. I'd also already done Part 7 as well, but the file corrupted so I have to redo it. Let's hope you won't have to wait so long! Cheers from Jase.

Thank you very clear. How do you get the yellow lines from the markers down? Also I have trouble with bars and beats ruler, it isn't in small enough segments eg. I want to see 1-5 instead of seeing 1-10. I wondered if you have spoken on these already?
gracias
I think that there was a fly in the studio on approx 8:00th minute. I give thumb up :)
sir, I have a very important question. Can you explain to me why my pro tools 12 display is extremely small. Even the options at the top are almost not visible for example the file, window, and help options.
My mic shure is not responding to Pro Tools. I tried everything I don’t know what to do. Could you help?
Sorry, I don't have the right or left arrow for zooming. Can we add this to tool bar?
Thank you!! I cannot access the link to your studio how to basics videos. Where can I find them? Thank you!
This guys a boss
Is it possible to see (download) the actual files (song) that you're messing to kinda see what else you did with it in terms of other effects? Really enjoying the series otherwise, but it would be nice to have something to follow along with.
+Brandon Menke Hi Brandon. Sorry mate. It's such a massive file, and it's also our band! :-), so I want to hang on to that for now! But I've been thinking of pulling this song apart anyway as a completely separate video on my own personal channel, and I'd be going through the processing used on that. Cheers from Jase.
