This is great Read and React 2.0 I have had success with the original so I know this is next level stuff. The culture is hard to change but I will never quit working at it.
Thank you Rick for your job. I may Read & React with my entire teams of my club since 5 years, from U11 to Adults today I got plenty of players who know how to play, it's a pleasure to follow this guide. I'm French, I make a own traduction of your work to coach all my players. So great thanks Rick.
Instead of a top cut on the skip pass if the defender is overhelping the top man can put a pin screen for a re-skip or if he's tight a flare screen for a high 3 or the roll man should be wide open and lets the corner man have multiple options on cuts (either filling up top on a flare, back cutting on the pin screen, or staying for an open corner 3 if his defender helps the roll man). Guessing those are higher layers but man I loved running this offence way back in the 00s as the big man - I had so much freedom and created a ton off ball, while having cutters to exploit double teams on the block. I ended up coaching and we implemented it all the way from the beginning of elementary all the way up to High School and the results were obvious
Love the offense, but the all access pass is not affordable for me, I’m a middle school coach who doesn’t make a lot of money, wish there was some sort of payment plan you could get

Thanks Alton! I agree about the culture. It's the most difficult part of Read & React, but it's worth it!

Thanks for letting me know! I hope you spread it all over France!
Bonjour Guillaume, j’aimerais échanger sur le sujet avec vous, est-ce envisageable ?

Is there practice plans with the 2.0 version? And is the nail and flank zone included in the 2.0. If so I will purchase ASAP
