Hey, loved this vlog! Just a tip when doing hip thrusts if you bring your feet in a bit closer to you (90 degree angle with your ankles and knees at the top of the movement) it will activate your glutes more. Having your feet further away activates more of your hamstrings.

Saff I take cold showers everyday it's good for the inmune system and increases blood flow! For the sauna I'd do around 15 mins and then follow it with a 2 min cold shower. I hope you read this and respond! ❤😊

Rather than a whiteboard, have a look at magnetic glass whiteboards. A bit more aesthetically pleasing and if you prefer then you can get a coloured or clear glass ☺️
You can get an acrylic magnetic board & put it on your fridge, think it would still look cool & go with your aesthetics in your house!♥️

I think 9 stone is perfect for girl your size and aged im 8 but want to reach 10 im skinny can eat loads but cant put weight on what should i do saffron x
