Robotic Automatic Spray Anti-fog Coating Line for Headlamp PC Lens

This equipment is an automatic spray coating line for applying anti fog coating to the inside surface of automotive headlamp PC lens.
The baking oven is carousel type baking system with gas fired heating and temperature up to 130°C.
Application is automatic spray coating with 6-axis spray robot. The coating booth is dry type.
