It's horrible how Mr. Coleman's parents treated him. The last time I saw him was at Seaworld, and he was clearly annoyed. At what I don't know, but he had a fairly large stuffed Dolphin under his left arm. It was the late 90's and id his parents had treated him better he would have been happy and probably still be alive today.
He had health problems. From what I understand, he'd had a fall down stairs at his home. Hit his head, and suffered a hematoma. It's said the fall was possibly caused by seizure, which he'd suffered from. He died in the hospital after that. So, it doesn't seem to have had anything to do with his parents or his mental/emotional state at the time. It was quite a loss. I still feel it and Plato's.
Fun fact: Gary Coleman was a real life avid railfan. He even was featured in model train set magazines. His hobby and interest in trains began when he first rode Amtrak when he was 5 years old.
OMG, Gary Coleman was a great actor with such spot on comedic timing. He just carries the scene.

It’s incredible that Gary Coleman was 12 years old in this. He looks younger.
