The last house was really nice for a house built in 1994 and it's worth the price with the pool and you don't need fancy countertops to live comfortably. Great Job as usual Mr. Shaw :)

Me too 😌 I just wished the laundry was somewhere else and the paint was different 😂🤣 the bathrooms downsized a lot too, but it has a big pool for a good price

Great value in decent locations in nice condition 👏
House #1: Nicely remodeled with a neutral decor. No landscaping. Good for a retired couple or small family. The price is relatively low, but the value depends on the location.
House #2: Again, fully remodeled, and I like the floors. Is there a washer/dryer hookup behind those doors in the kitchen? Again, a lack of landscaping but a large lot. Like #1, some fence replacement is due.
House #3: Similar house to #2 with the same decor but a larger living space - and no garage. The yard looks neglected.
House #4: New is nice, but the interior looks "builder grade". The beige walls go better with the flooring than the grey paint in some of the others. The primary bedroom has just one window and is dark. Not my top choice in this batch!
House #5: The small kitchen/dining space and laundry in the garage are negatives, but the space in the rest of the house is fine. The pool and the yard are nice, and a word of advice: Call the "swamp" a "natural wetland". That makes it sound like an environmental plus instead of a mosquito breeding ground.

My god! What prices for excellent houses. You would never ever find this in Canada
I liked number 3 for the large yard and decent layout. Could plant a small orchard and little vegetable garden. I liked the front exterior and double garage of number five and of course the pool and enclosure but not the interior layout or the HMO fee. Even though small it's a no for me. I would take no w and with savings put in my own new pool and still be ahead plus the space left over for garden and and orchard. I don't now anything about Winter Haven. You mentioned number 5 being a better area so maybe I would also look around there for better options if I were to go to Florida.
These are great! Such value and realistically, it's all (certainly I) would need. No 2 particularly looked brilliant. Did you happen to see what was beyond the back of the back yard fencing? Looked like it was nice and open? Great vid, as always!! 👍
