22' BRZ Pandem Widebody Install!

- After many weeks of waiting we finally have our Pandem Widebody Kit for the 2022 Subaru BRZ/ Toyota GR86! Now its time to get this kit fitted tot the car. As for almost all fiber glass body kits this kit did not fit well and it took several days of work in order for the kit to sit flush onto the car. We got the Pandem Rocket Bunny to fit onto the car after a lot of cutting and trimming, Along with that we just got the car ready to be wide bodied. In this video I took you guys behind the scenes to show you guys what exactly you have to do in order to widebody your car.

They probably started the number at 101. So #104 means you probably got the 4th kit they ever made for the 22 BRZ.

Hello! Can you tell me if you have widened the rear axle and what it is actually called? I’ve often seen how wide arches are installed, but how can I make wider wheels for this? I'm not fumbling a little.
It’s something I want to do in the future but I have no experience installing body kits and so everything you did in this video just blew my mind lol so I guess if I do it I’ll have to pay someone to do it or just try to make it work lol

havent gone through the comments only have gone as far as seeing the thumbnail pic and it may be answered already but what wing is that is it part of the widebody kit if so can you buy separate
For the rear over fenders like you mentioned you are trying not to use hardware. Here is an idea you should reverse mount it. Use fiberglass to mount the bolts onto the back of the overfender and dril you holes through. It would be good for the furture if you ever wanted to remove the overfenders for any reason.

I just hope that if you paint it or wrap it don’t leave those fender edges black like the low glow one, color match everything

It wouldn't matter, the fender panels from the widebody kit is made from a different material than the actual body so it will always have a different shade of color. Wrapping is the only color matching

can the pandem spoiler be installed with the ducktail still on? i might sound crazy but it looks sick at 9:59!
the spoiler seems to be sitting a few inches forward cos of the ducktail though, hence lost the pandem spoiler overhang look i’ll be going for with mine. such a hassle for the premiums i guess. is there a workaround apart from removing it? good times ahead with your build!
unfortunately i wouldnt be able to do that, the mounting plate for the pandem wing is shaped to fit the stock ducktail only
that would be sick though!

That cannot be good for the cars structural integrity to pound down the frame like that? Just my thoughts but you are junking up the original design to put a band aid over top. I get the bags, and wheels and tires, but pounding and cutting a brand new car really seems rough to me. Your car and your money so more power to you, but not something that I would do to my BRZ.
Not to mention removing the original crash bar in the front

Daim if the original pandem kit fits like this i rather buy a replica kit and save some 💰
With all the fitment issues w/ the front bumper, I think Pandem tested this kit only on the GR86 and never fitted it to a BRZ, and just sold it as fits both because they're same car. I believe the BRZ has a bit lower and shorter nose and slightly different shaped headlights, which might be why the issues with the crashbar, holes not matching and fitment around the headlights.
