When Jasmine said “let Daya talk” that really showed me her growth along her journey. Although we all have faults, it was such a cathartic moment for both girls!
It is all planned. She had to talk and finish the number. Jasmine just made sure of it and took advantage of the moment. What can June say that is more important than continuing with the drama????
She basically did that all season. I think her life has been so traumatic with her health problems and always being close to death that she just looks at this drama and is like “yeah we’re going to sidestep that..“ when you are dealing with pain and life and death every day, everything else seems kind of frivolous

The lbgt community has been bullied, disregarded, disrespected, and unheard at some point in their life and they won't take it from someone on the inside because they know how it feels. Thank you to these two queens for making this season SO entertaining. People would never admit it but these two carried this season in terms of drama and plots.
I think Angeria did what was essentially a scream of distress, however she also masked that stress with an empty face, because she, and probably the rest of us, thought the conversation was gonna be fully serious but when went to the ‘science test’ part, the momentum of seriousness, in her perspective _derailed_ , and surely one would understand that kind situation, you’re suddenly anxious about two different reasons and then you tried to pass it off with a coping mechanism such as a scream, or mentally blocking external stimuli. And that, is what I believe Angeria tried to do, a coping mechanism.

Daya should be applauded for making the season more interesting. There's a reason seasons 4, 5, and 6 are the golden age of Drag Race. They're the most quoted seasons and the funniest seasons, and the reason is because the queens didn't feel the pressure to filter themselves. They were just being genuine and authentic. We can't say "reading is fundamental" and then never be allowed to do it.

I obviously don't think she deserves death threats I feel like her and jasmines issues are her and jasmines alone but she was being a bully and that shouldn't be applauded cause you found it entertaining, it clearly bothered jasmine alot so I don't think we should be encouraging bullying because it's entertaining. I feel like if u need to watch a show where a real life person is being bullied for entertainment and u think the bully should be rewarded for that behavior you should do some soul searching. That isn't to say conflict can't happen. Like jasmine vs maddy was a fair fight in the heat of the competition but as Jasmine said she didn't come for her drag she came for jasmine as a person. Coco and Alyssa was the same thing healthy conflict it was clearly mostly competitive and no one was being bullied that's how it should be. Phi phi and William hated each other but no one was being bullied. Daya was just nasty and I feel like people shouldn't send her death threats but no one is obligated to work with her if they don't want to cause her attitude is horrible it's the club owners money to use at their discretion.

And personally, I agree w/ June's defense on Daya, because it's true that when ur in a competition where u barely have access to anything and all those things u have to do each day are exasperating. Yes, it was wrong for her to come for the girls just because of what she feels, but at the end of the day everything she said were true and understandable. I think what Maddy was saying was true, I am absolutely sure that the things daya said are things all of the queens have said behind the scenes a million times it's just that daya was the only one with enough balls to say it to people's faces and in front of cameras and for that I gotta give her a lot of respect.
Both Maddy and Daya needed to cut Jasmine some slack. Yes, she talks a lot, but when Kornbread called her out on it, she genuinely tried to change her behaviour. I honestly can’t think of another clash like that on the show where someone was mature enough to listen and genuinely try to make an effort to change. Daya repeatedly came for Jasmine’s neck and it felt like bitterness. Anytime Jasmine expressed joy Daya had to shit all over it. Any time Jasmine landed in the bottom, Daya had to try to squash her even more. It was way too much. It wasn’t competitiveness and stress, it was personal and bitter. Hope Daya can have 1/10 of the maturity Jasmine has and grows from this. Wish her well but I have zero interest in seeing her perform.

Both DeJa and Kerri are strong contenders for the title of Miss Congeniality. But in my opinion, the reunion and especially this clip in particular fully solidified Kerri for the title. She is so well spoken and her presence alone is very heartwarming to see even as a viewer, let alone as another queen in the competition
Absolute broadway scenes. Jasmine and Daya yelling at each other, June and Maddy trying to cut through the bullshit and the theatrics to the real issue, Kornbread serving face after face, Alyssa throwing a single grenade then dipping, and Kerri schooling the children with blessed serenity and wisdom.
my favorite moment of the entire reunion was after jasmine finished pouring her entire heart out, kornbread just does this face 4:46, i cant with her 😭😭
I feel bad for both of them. Jasmine did feel bad and I do agree Daya kind of went too far but damn Daya got dragged and I really did feel bad for her. Thank god for Maddy trying to defend Daya. Love Daya, Jasmine, and all the other girls for this. Respect all of them.
Daya owned it, apologized, explained why she was apologizing (which is extra good of her). Alyssa calling her ‘Bitch’ after all that was mean. Jasmine needs to figure what she needs before making someone plead for forgiveness. Clearly, she isn’t ready. Love/Respect Daya for owning her words yet again.

She never once pulled a S11 Rajah by calling Jasmine an "ugly bitch" and she never pulled a S11 Silky by throwing Jorgeous under the bus when they were asked who should go home, she stuck true to her morals and rightfully chose Bosco. Yes she did get heated with the two and yes she said some things in a hurtful way but truthfully THEY ALL DID. Jasmine had issues with more people than Daya, does that make her a bad person? no. it's all up to the edit, and as we can see Daya was made to seem more jealous and bitter even though we saw both Jorgeous and Jasmine also get cocky. At the end of the day it's reality TV and no reality show is complete without manufactured archetypes. Wishing Daya, Jasmine, and Jorgeous the best 💕

they really should add another title similar to "Ms. Congeniality" like "Drama Mama" or something so we can celebrate the content some of these queens create. It's so easy to hate on the "villain" which people do in droves, but it's so easily overlooked how they make the seasons that much more interesting. Would Sharon Needles or Willam have had half the screen time without PhiPhi there to stir up trouble? The Vixen created some epic moments and even harnessed them to bring up some valid conversations that have influenced the way so many people look at race and the franchise in general. Look up any villain from any season and tell me that season would be half as good without the drama. Rather than sending them death threats, they need to be thanked for giving us all the drama we crave.

The apology didn’t feel genuine. She literally doubled down at first and when she was called a bitch and realized how she was going to portrayed as the villain during the reunion, the waterworks came out. She wasn’t sorry, she was sorry that she was called out on her mess and worried it will affect her work opportunities after the show is over.

I don't deserve to be blessed by kerri . She is just oozing pure and genuine personality that we all want to have. A kind, amazing and a heartfelt person to me kerri is the epitome of congenial.
I don't know her personally, but she seems to be a very warm person that overflows with the essence of womanhood... However cheesy that sounds. The kindness and solidarity and support, that she's shown her sisters, the strength that she has inspired, is what I think we all (women) should aspire to be.

People need to remember that although daya “great TV” they weren’t the one dealing with it. It was jasmine. She has every right to hold daya accountable for what she said about her and made her feel. This proves season 14 is one of the best seasons we’ve gotten in a while and damn these girls went hard never have we seen girls go this raw and get this angry with each other.
I mean it always has been production and their choices. Most casts were more or less fun. I mean we literally had season 7 girls - probably one of the funniest group of queens and the main season was horrendously awful.

seeing daya cry broke my heart. people are calling her fake for it, but honestly, she's gone through so much because of how she appeared on the show. yeah, some things she said were hurtful, but her opinions were always valid and reasonable. but because she was "the villain of the season", she got so much hate that no one deserves. these "fans" don't realise that they're hurting an actual fucking person. imagine getting death threats and being fucking *doxxed* for saying you were annoyed at someone i don't see how people think she's this horrible, evil person. but, with all that being said, jasmine's feelings and opinions were equally valid.
We do have to admit that Daya gave props when props were due. The lipsymc episode was the moment i understand her way more and i saw she wasnt unfair because she was able to say “i am your stan” “i see now what the judges see”
It's also that their reactions were unfiltered cause unlike the normal 8 hours of filming, they don't have all the extra content, so that episode was Daya truly unfiltered.
You know the drama’s good and juicy when almost half the cast participates in it. Seeing this makes me think about what we missed out on on S12 and S13. We totally could’ve had a round 2 on Aiden vs Brita or Kandy vs Tamisha if Daya and Jasmine are showing up to the reunion this ready to go at it. Damn you, covid!
It's so weird and awful that people actually threaten queens when they're only shown through a key hole of perspective. Who they are in a TV competition setting is not them as a whole. It's high pressure for everyone and I think that some "fans" go way too far. The message of the show is love. When you think about sending something hateful or rude, consider this; Would Mama Ru consider this acceptable behavior for a fan?
June is right. Daya could’ve said things differently but a lot of the times she was just stating things about the competition. When she said “no offense” she was saying that as to not attack them on a personal level but pointing out certain things from a competition stand point.

If she had been in the bottom or top she would’ve heard critiques from the judges and been able to respond. she was only giving her opinion which is valid. All the girls talk about the challenges after they happen. “So how are you feeling” is a common question.

I think Angeria did what was essentially a scream of distress, however she also masked that stress with an empty face, because she, and probably the rest of us, thought the conversation was gonna be fully serious but when went to the ‘science test’ part, the momentum of seriousness, in her perspective _derailed_ , and surely one would understand that kind situation, you’re suddenly anxious about two different reasons and then you tried to pass it off with a coping mechanism such as a scream, or mentally blocking external stimuli.
And that, is what I believe Angeria tried to do, a coping mechanism.

Daya should be applauded for making the season more interesting. There's a reason seasons 4, 5, and 6 are the golden age of Drag Race. They're the most quoted seasons and the funniest seasons, and the reason is because the queens didn't feel the pressure to filter themselves. They were just being genuine and authentic. We can't say "reading is fundamental" and then never be allowed to do it.

I think what Maddy was saying was true, I am absolutely sure that the things daya said are things all of the queens have said behind the scenes a million times it's just that daya was the only one with enough balls to say it to people's faces and in front of cameras and for that I gotta give her a lot of respect.
Both Maddy and Daya needed to cut Jasmine some slack. Yes, she talks a lot, but when Kornbread called her out on it, she genuinely tried to change her behaviour. I honestly can’t think of another clash like that on the show where someone was mature enough to listen and genuinely try to make an effort to change. Daya repeatedly came for Jasmine’s neck and it felt like bitterness. Anytime Jasmine expressed joy Daya had to shit all over it. Any time Jasmine landed in the bottom, Daya had to try to squash her even more. It was way too much. It wasn’t competitiveness and stress, it was personal and bitter. Hope Daya can have 1/10 of the maturity Jasmine has and grows from this. Wish her well but I have zero interest in seeing her perform.

I feel bad for both of them. Jasmine did feel bad and I do agree Daya kind of went too far but damn Daya got dragged and I really did feel bad for her. Thank god for Maddy trying to defend Daya. Love Daya, Jasmine, and all the other girls for this. Respect all of them.

I felt so sorry for her and the other queens who've received threats in the past. I'll never understand people's logic when it comes to threatening a drag queen
@@ceciliaSF-TX EXACTLY, people have started criticizing Daya for crying but I don't think she was crying about the fight I think she was crying over the amount of hate she's gotten, she spoke her mind under high stress and a lot of her points were right. She never once pulled a S11 Rajah by calling Jasmine an "ugly bitch" and she never pulled a S11 Silky by throwing Jorgeous under the bus when they were asked who should go home, she stuck true to her morals and rightfully chose Bosco. Yes she did get heated with the two and yes she said some things in a hurtful way but truthfully THEY ALL DID. Jasmine had issues with more people than Daya, does that make her a bad person? no. it's all up to the edit, and as we can see Daya was made to seem more jealous and bitter even though we saw both Jorgeous and Jasmine also get cocky. At the end of the day it's reality TV and no reality show is complete without manufactured archetypes. Wishing Daya, Jasmine, and Jorgeous the best 💕

they really should add another title similar to "Ms. Congeniality" like "Drama Mama" or something so we can celebrate the content some of these queens create. It's so easy to hate on the "villain" which people do in droves, but it's so easily overlooked how they make the seasons that much more interesting. Would Sharon Needles or Willam have had half the screen time without PhiPhi there to stir up trouble? The Vixen created some epic moments and even harnessed them to bring up some valid conversations that have influenced the way so many people look at race and the franchise in general. Look up any villain from any season and tell me that season would be half as good without the drama. Rather than sending them death threats, they need to be thanked for giving us all the drama we crave.

The apology didn’t feel genuine. She literally doubled down at first and when she was called a bitch and realized how she was going to portrayed as the villain during the reunion, the waterworks came out. She wasn’t sorry, she was sorry that she was called out on her mess and worried it will affect her work opportunities after the show is over.

here’s the thing, NOTHING excuses the amount of hate Daya has received and it’s so unfair that she is treated that way because she is so talented and it showed when she got into the finale.
They are adults and they know how to solve their problems and differences, and i’m sure they did so fans need to stop with sending hate and basing all of her opinions of a person from what they saw in a tv show.

seeing daya cry broke my heart. people are calling her fake for it, but honestly, she's gone through so much because of how she appeared on the show. yeah, some things she said were hurtful, but her opinions were always valid and reasonable. but because she was "the villain of the season", she got so much hate that no one deserves. these "fans" don't realise that they're hurting an actual fucking person. imagine getting death threats and being fucking *doxxed* for saying you were annoyed at someone

We do have to admit that Daya gave props when props were due. The lipsymc episode was the moment i understand her way more and i saw she wasnt unfair because she was able to say “i am your stan” “i see now what the judges see”
It's also that their reactions were unfiltered cause unlike the normal 8 hours of filming, they don't have all the extra content, so that episode was Daya truly unfiltered.
You know the drama’s good and juicy when almost half the cast participates in it.
Seeing this makes me think about what we missed out on on S12 and S13. We totally could’ve had a round 2 on Aiden vs Brita or Kandy vs Tamisha if Daya and Jasmine are showing up to the reunion this ready to go at it. Damn you, covid!

June is right. Daya could’ve said things differently but a lot of the times she was just stating things about the competition. When she said “no offense” she was saying that as to not attack them on a personal level but pointing out certain things from a competition stand point.

@@sebastyann123 she even stated that in one of the untucks. She was always safe, she never had the opportunity to even say anything because she was automatically sent to the back. If she had been in the bottom or top she would’ve heard critiques from the judges and been able to respond. she was only giving her opinion which is valid. All the girls talk about the challenges after they happen. “So how are you feeling” is a common question.
