A friend showed me your channel and at first i struggled hard with those limiting beliefs. Saw a couple things and that "dont be such a sceptic" and tried them. They worked. Not just once, multiple times, now when i start to doubt i focus on that. Ive already done it. Now its just baby steps as i improve all aspects of my life.

I’ve been feeling disconnected when it comes to worry and doubts lately. I haven’t talked to my SP in a month/ neither has she texted me. I don’t mind texting my SP, I just don’t think it’s proper because I was severely hurt and disrespected. It doesn’t sit right with me to text her when she’s the one who should chase me and apologise to me. So I just stay aside and it feels right somehow. 🤷🏻♀️
