Nate and I share that love for cases! The first thing I do when I get a new drone or camera is go get a hard case and cut out all the foam so everything fits perfectly inside 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@TheRcSaylors I just got the D4 and I am overjoyed with it. How can they make this little drone that does so much for under $20. The only problem I had was finding 2 AAA batteries that were good in the house to use.
Haha your little Yorkie reminds me of my one, he passed away in 2008 at the grand old age of 22!!! Love your videos guys, you’ve convinced me, who’s only ever flown quads but always wanted to fly a fixed wing (they were so expensive in my day), to buy the Hubsan H301s, cannot wait!!! Cheers
I like that :) The actual drone shape itself is near identical to to my XiangYu Firefly but that doesn't pack inside itself. My favourite 'pack-away' is the tiny Virhuck Volar 360 which is less than half the size of JJRC H36/ Eachine e010/ Furibee F36 .. but doesn't carry it's spares in the controller or have a camera. It's very stable tho :) My other 'pack-away' is a Sbego FQ777-124 which is also tiny and does carry spares in the back like DHD D4 but again no camera (too small ... for now lol). As well as normal charging, the Sbego FQ777-124 also charges off of the 4 AA sized batteries in it's storage/ controller. Both defo worth a look as low priced :) Anyway ... stay safe and have fun :)
Now this would be a good beginner drone for the 14 year olds out there. The low rates aren't too low and they can progress all the way into FPV while learning to fly at faster rates.
I think it would be cool if you tried flying it around the house. Like fly it up stairs while your sitting down stairs have Ashley filming upstairs in case you crash. Might be a good video. 😁
Yeah with 5.8 ghz FPV drones we will be a little more brave and try that out. Not sure what the range is on this one, but we'll have to try pushing them a bit further in the future. Thanks for tuning in Christopher!
Very cool, excellent value for $21.99. I like the "drone stores in the transmitter" category, and I would definitely add this one to my collection except that I don't like altitude hold. I wish a non-camera, non-altitude hold version were available.
Is it possible that the camera was installed upsidedown in the drone? Very nice drone, camera good, didnt like the yaw rate, didn't improve with the rate changes. How great was it when Popeye was posing for the camera! The little guy is such a ham!! Lol. Good job y'all!

the answer to your question is simple: Research budget for software was the highest - this has been cut down due to PX4 and Drone-kit and all that. It comes down to hardware cost only.
Finally received this drone based on your recommendation, nice pouch but unfortunately the remote control will not connect to the drone. My phone connects to the WIFI not the remote. I just bought a light paper weight. Not happy.
Turn the drone on first, sit it down, let it calibrate. Then turn on the transmitter without hitting anything. Then throttle up, throttle down, you should be bound! Very common mistake for first time flyers ;-) Happy Flying! Don't forget the take off button, or both sticks down and out to start the motors.
Not a first time flyer:(. This was to be my indoor drone, just had spine surgery so am restricted. Anyway, I Truly appreciate your quick response. After reading the manual multiple times, and attempting to connect the remote controller in the same order you specified yesterday it just wouldn’t connect. After receiving your response I tried again to no avail. Then I changed the battery’s in the remote and tried again. It worked. What are the odds of getting a bad battery out of a new package. By the way the remote was constantly beeping which isn’t mentioned in the manual. Again thanks for your quick response. You are my favorite UA-cam channel!

Was a very good camera. Alot for the price. Flew well. Love the lime color. I wouldn't mind a non camera version, so no phone. Good review.

it's small, has a reasonable camera,it's own case, a carrying pouch and is cheap. Great for kids of all ages :)
