Been on COD: Mobile myself and doing BR. I can't help but feel like you and I are playing against bots because I've never known a lot of players to have that bad of an accuracy. Another reason why I feel that they're bots is because during one match, I offered myself as a free kill because I had to get off the game and help move furniture so I went up to an opponent and stood before him. He fired two bursts at me, hitting me both times, then just stood there. I thought maybe he wanted me to shoot him or fight so I fired a shot or two and hit him then he fired two more bursts and hit me twice again. I begged him via text and voice to kill me and he just fired two bursts again, only to hit me once. When he didn't fire at all, I dropped him and killed him before running into the storm and die.

There is no way to specifically know where they are but you can look at the map and see where helicopters are moving and where class chips have been taken so just go to those location when you see a chip taken or a chopper moving
