Put a corn kernel in the oil. When it pops, the oil is ready to go.

My son and I, both love and enjoy your chicken tenders recipe! But I was wondering if I could fry these in an air fryer to get the same result. Trying to cook healthy these days!😉

I've seen a lot of people dip it in ice-cold water instead of egg after putting it in the flour mix and then putting it in flour again. That helps in creating that extra crunchy wrinkle formation.

Thanks - I tried your recipe. Had to use regular milk; didn’t have buttermilk. Very tasty recipe. It was “butter” than I thought it would turn out👍🏽

You can make buttermilk by adding one teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice to one cup of milk and let it stand for about 10- 15 minutes. Thats all you need to do : )

Erm buttermilk . let the chicken sit in the buttermilk 3 to 24 hours before touching any flour

Do you let it sit in the buttermilk and egg mixture or just the buttermilk

Anyone can make buttermilk by adding one teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice per cup of milk and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. This way you always "have" buttermilk for any recipe.

Not letting it marinate for 24 hours
Is an absolute waste of the buttermilk
    0 benefit or flavor.

Chris let it marinate with the flour or without flour?

I watched other chefs and know it's a three step thing. Flour, egg wash, them flour again.

Absolutely not they weren't too Brown when you flip them they were a good brn. What did u want pale fried chicken? I've never seen pale chicken look appetizing but these look good because they're dark Brown.

Angie Beaumont chicken tenders is the part of the chicken breast. It's that flap part that always cooks too quick

The sudden change in content after 7 years is surprising…
You should make a separate account and link the same name to a instagram and TikTok. Your style of commentary would actually do well but it wouldn’t be successful overnight.
