After all, former colonies that are successful like Lebanon, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and China are an anomaly compared to the numbers of former colonies that's freed. still though, these countries developments are mostly due to external investment (or lack of sanction). I mean just look at SK vs NK one has sanctioned and the other does not.

Israeli citizens are prohibited from entering the following countries: Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, The United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
It would be good if you learn the history of both sides. Most of the Jews in Israel are Sephardic/Mizrahi.from Islamic countries. They are there because of the violence, and treatment. It was not all love and sunshine, I know, from experience. As Egypt where it's jews are, ask Algeria, Libya, Lebanon, Iran, Morocco, you think all these populations willingly left their homes. There was no "occupation". Arabs lost a war they started when they attacked the hours old nation of Israel when it declared independence - after which *Jordan* *occupied* *Judea* *and* *Samaria* (aka West-Bank) *for* *20* *years* (and didn't care about Palestinian self-determination or creating a Palestinian state).
Arabs "violated" the Jews in Arab lands as collective punishment for loosing the war against the Jews, they themselves started.
Jews lived in the Diaspora in North-Africa, Mesopotamia and Persia *centuries* before the Arabs came, conquered the lands and spread Islam.

And that's when also tons of Arab immigrants came to the land for economic reasons - also in the following years. It's well documented.
But the majority of Israeli Jews *nowadays* are (at least partially) descendants of Sephardim/Mizrahim Jews that fled Arab/Muslim countries.

Among Israel's Jewish population, over 25 percent of schoolchildren and over 35 percent of all newborns are of mixed Ashkenazi and Sephardi/Mizrahi descent, and these figures have been increasing by approximately 0.5 percent annually.

Unfortunately the gentleman at the end has told a number of lies. Tel Aviv was not Palestinian - it is a Jewish built city on unoccupied dunes. There was no "Palestine" before Israel was founded (with the full support of the international community). It was British-occupied and before that Turkish-occupied. Private land ownership before 1948 was broadly equal between Jews and Arabs before 1948 - with Jews having a majority in the part allocated as Israel. 80% of the land was public land owned by a series of foreign powers: not Palestinians. Palestinians were offered a state too, but they rejected it and instead initiated violence, inviting 4 Arab countries to invade and drive Jews out. Palestinians suffer but this is unfortunately mostly self-inflicted by their behaviour in 1948. Oh, and the plan for the creation of Israel predated the Holocaust - based on the thousands of years of Jewish presence in the land, and the fact the Jews were the last non-imperial sovereign power in the land.
