is swiss cdi recommended? my bike's exhaust backfires when i try to kickstart. this only happens at times. mechanic suggested to change cdi and check. also is there any difference in oem and aftermarket cdi and ignition coil in terms of bike's performance?
Back fire is not that mutch serious issue. If starting prob is there or missing.. Then only you need to repalce the cdi. Swiss cdi has more advanced and spark strength i think
@@TRIVANDRUMBASEDKERALITE thank you for your reply. is there any difference in oem and aftermarket ignition coil? my bike has an aftermarket ignition coil and oem cdi from Yamaha. i need help because my bike no longer has the rx powerband. the coil has been replaced 2 years ago to switch from 6v to 12v. is this an exhaust problem? the mechanic has no idea what's the issue why I'm not getting that rx powerband and torque. bike's engine was completely restored 3 years ago with all oem parts.
