The 1990, L model id definitely one nice bike, the first of the upside down forks, everything thrown at it by Suzuki to beat the competition. Keep an eye out on my channel, I might sell it to fund another project. Thanks👍
Great to see you still have it! I have one the same, 1990 GSXR 1100 in blue/white and has done 160,000 Km still running well and stock as a rock. These oil cooled Suzuki's run forever! Can't wait to see yours running again out of storage!
hi, I'm planning on using it for touring, a 3 week trip to Italy next May, and a few trips before then. Just need to protect the exposed ally from oxidising! and change the brand new tyres for some touring ones. Will be doing some vids on getting it back on the road!
@@SalopianBivvyman I think you better check in the tank if it’s been years. Just my 97 Bandit 12 into running form after it sat for 14 years . Luckily I got 2 gas tanks because the one that sat all that time on the bike has a load of varnish and rust in it even though it looks new on the outside . I would get the gas out of it , or run it before it goes to far . You’ll be kicking yourself if you let it go to far.
Hi, tank is clean as a whistle inside. It was just the carbs where the fuel had evaporated over 4 odd years that needed cleaning. Waiting for a steering dampner to arrive now, then its more or less complete. Cheers👍
The best GSXR ever ! I need one
