Emma wasn’t raised with any of her family and it was her “choice” to eventually see Snow and Charming as her parents that mattered the most. Emma’s dynamic with Regina, enemy/friend or otherwise was always through Henry. Neither Emma nor Regina ever looked at each other as step-grandparent/child. So quit it.
It’s fine to not ship a couple, but the step parent thing is bullshit. Also, pseudo-incest has never stopped any straight pairing from being canon (Umbrella Academy, Flash, Clueless, Arrested Development, Game of Thrones etc.)
Regina and Emma’s chemistry, especially in the first two seasons, is palpable. If the characters had been opposite sex, they’d have been together.
U may ship them but they aren't in love they are just really good friends I love their friendship

Cause when I started to ship Swanqueen (2x01) I started reading fanfics and that made me wanna ship it more than I should of and some epic fanmade videos also sold me and let's not even mention the epic fanart. I've seen so many shows in my life and shipped so many couples Canon or non. And #Swanqueen really holds a special place in my heart especially #SWEN without them swanqueen wouldn't have been what it is today.
