Yeah, this actually reminds certain people that idols are human too and they also go to the dentist and they fear things. It's not the same as idols being on reality shows, it's real life. I wish more music companies allowed their k-pop artists to show a more human image. Their fans will get used to it whether they like it or not, because we're all human and we're all different, especially when idols make mistakes just like anyone else.

My ass could never tho, they put me to sleep when they took out all 4 of mine. She brave af.

Yea some people they put under some people just take the shots. I took one shot each side when I was getting my bottom wisdoms out. They were pretty impacted. They were bolth completely sideways and my right one was touching a nerve and had 4 regular roots and one small root or a weird malformation according to the dental surgeon. My left one had 4 roots as well but not on a nerve. My top ones are apparently just straight on nerves so the man said I should hold out on those since there’s risks of losing feeling around that area. My mouth was swollen for around 2 days and completely painless which was the opposite of one of my buddy’s who got his out the year prior. He was just miserable for a week.
None of mine were impacted and I was still put to sleep. No way I’d go through extractions while awake.

They put me to sleep when they took out my entire top row of teeth.

@@coletteswinnen6917 It didn't hurt at all during the procedure. I asked my dentist to give me a bit more of the local anesthesia. It was more uncomfortable than painful but nothing unbearable hehe

교정해본 1인으로서 사랑니 발치랑은 비교도 할 수 없겠지만 저는 치과가 너무 싫어요 ㅜㅜㅠ 이 가는 그 도구부터 진동이랑 소리랑 갈리는 느낌이랑 갈릴 때 나는 탄 냄새까지 정말 너무너무 혐오해요. 마취주사 입안에 꽂아넣을때도 안아프다더니 엄청 따끔거리고,,, 저 초록색 수건 얼굴에 덮는 것도 너무 무서워요 진짜로,,, 그냥 치과가 너무 싫어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I'm from the UK and you would never see a Western pop star give this much access to their private life. I've said it before about other kpop idols, South Korea are lucky to have people like Solar who care about their fans so much.
The biggest difference would be lifestyle and culture. You see Solar bowing to every person who comes along. It is not a reflex or something they do unconsciously. It is respect they share towards each other. I am not saying all Koreans are great and respectful, but the overall culture in Asian countries is different from Europe, USA and UK. It is like seeing Canadian who won't help you. It can happen, but it is so strange. Western private life is too delusional (as we see in Kardashians). While here we see superstar living the life we would and could. There is nothing that Solar shows on her channel that we can not do in our own life if we make an effort.
Well, it depends. If they want to make money, then they can have a reality show. Otherwise, most people in the West are not as hardcore as fandoms like in Asia.
@Des Thats not what they meant. The more we know about the idol the more we like them! An example could be your bestfriend. They became your bestfriend for a reason. You guys share interests, you find out more about their personality, etc
I wish people stop meddling in celebraties lives. Well they don't care about the neighbour who sing at the pub or the CEO of a company living near. So why those who once comes on TV are asked to provide every details of their personal lives.
And let's not even start with the negative consequences.
Thoughts:
Artists in general don’t have to expose their private life but some would literally go out of their way to be closer to their fans or to create connects. Notice how artists are now youtubers as well. Kpop idols even allot time to do lives for them. The problem comes when fans start to “demand” stuff from the artist. Just be thankful for what they decide to put out, that’s it.
