The speed of their rapping isn't what I'm concerned about. how many rappers that are popular out there have actual meaning to their songs beside sex, drugs and money. how many famous rappers do you know who writes every single one of their songs? how many have helped people with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc... that's why i like tøp. they not only write their own songs but they have meaning for those who are going through a hard time in life. they sing songs for those people who believed no one understood how they felt. they write songs for people who needed to hear about hope. and tøp gives them hope.

i remember riding down on my bike with my backpack on filled with coloured pencils and pens and markers and a notebook and me with my ipod and earbuds and just riding down to a patch of grass where there was a huge willow tree and just climbing it to a really thick branch where i could perch and set my things down and i would just listen to this song on repeat and being able to hear it live give me such chills and i will always remember those moments of calm and peace for the rest of my life
