I replay every scene that youngguk is laughing in at least 20 times. Also I hope they stop comparing himchan from 3 years ago to now, he is fine, he was healthy before he had to go on the diet but after that he tried loosing so much and now he is injured, He is perfect the way he is and we love him

Sayeh Rahbari EXACTLY! he looked quite frail a few years back; I was actually legit, from the bottom of my heart, relieved when he started putting on weight recently.

I've said this before, but i just want to put this here. Himchan is injured because he didn't take enough care of himself and tried to lose too much weight just before the comeback. If he had gradually lost that weight over a longer period of time, as Youngjae and Daehyun have done in the past, I am very sure that he would not have been injured. I do agree that Himchan does look healthier now, but I have to put it out there that when you look at B.A.P as a group, Himchan's face does not really seem like an idol's since their entertainers are expected to keep their bodies in tip top shape - it is part of their job scope. This affects the group's image as a whole and new fans' perception of them - and let's be real here, B.A.P needs all the new fans they can get. While we incumbent fans don't care about how the members look because we already like them and their music, Himchan might be making the group lose that opportunity for new fans to actually become fans.
Over half of first impressions depend on a first look - and if B.A.P don't look like a "professional" group because of Himchan not taking care of himself - overeating and overdrinking, I'm afraid to say he's just pulling the whole group back from getting more recognition in South Korea. With the high emphasis they place on looks, Himchan not taking care of his image, and even getting injured later on in a last ditch attempt to make up for his excessive lifestyle at other times, is only hurting the group more. They have to stress about covering for him at live performances, and have to make last minute changes to the choreography - as if promotional periods weren't already stressful enough for the members...
Himchan has shown that he is fine with not losing the weight if he doesn't want to - refer to Feel So Good and That's My Jam period. There were many comments about his weight by the members and fans who were all concerned about B.A.P's image, but he didn't do anything to change it. So I don't think it's fair to pin his recent injury on the "external pressure" he got about his weight. That's all him, and it's hurting the other members, the group as a whole, and the fans. I sometimes hope he can take more responsibility for his actions by thinking of the group's image a little more.
On some level I gotta agree with you - however reluctantly - but at the same time he had been losing weight slowly but surely since the Feel so good era. That was the time when he was the heaviest and since then he's been getting thinner. He did push himself too hard for this promotion - and seriously, the dieting methods that are condoned in SK are like a violation against human rights - so it's no wonder that he sustained an injury... :(
From what I know HImchan was also overwieght as a child and if you compare that with the weight he had during Bap's career before the lawsuit it's the other end of an extreme. To me this just tells me that he has, since childhood, had troubles with his weight. Perhaps extreme dieting worked then so he does it again.
At the same time that I know how important looks and body are for an idol group it's still not something that one member should be getting negative comments about (fans and members alike). No matter what the situation is or who says it, words still hurts. I've rather been thinking that what Himchan should do is to build muscle - not necessarily try to be like a model, but rather as an athlete - so that he can prosper in the industry and still keep a healthy life.

And don't worry Himchan you don't need to diet, I prefer you like you are right now over 1004 Himchan anyway. Just keep smiling and be as radiant as you are now. BAP fighting!! 1004 era was the most normal Himchan had looked before the lawsuit. Every comeback before then was simply scary. (They kept saying that he was the visual but I couldn't get it until 1004 and Skydive. He was simply much too skinny previously)
