Teachers like this have a special place in my heart. Thanks for keeping things fun, entertaining, AND educational! It also really helps that he's very visually appealing... If he proposes, then I'll *marriage,* if ya know what I mean ;)
78 pages of content in the powerscore book explaining this, and it left more confused than ever! This video in 20 minutes made up for 78 pages of complete shit of an explanation! Thank you kind sir
Another great video. I have a question regarding your alst example: w - 5k. If someone wins they they get 5k. The contrapositive is it they do not get 5k we can assume they did not win. If that statement is also true, how does that fit into the scenario that everyone gets 5k? Or were those two comments two different scenarios?
If there are no apples in the bag then there are bananas ===contrapositive = if there are no bananas then there are apples BUT this doesnt seem right because there might not be bananas in the bag for a different reason. This seems more right: if there are bananas in the bag that means there are no apples.& also this too: if there are apples in the bag that means there are no bananas. pleaseee help
Afaik, in contrapositives, we always have to remember that in A->B, if B (END) is true then it doesn't mean anything for A (Beginning), but if A (Beginning) is true then B (end) MUST BE TRUE. Ig that should be mugged up or needs practise to immediately apply it.
So, the contrapositive of 'if there are no apples then there are bananas' MUST BE 'if there are no bananas then there are apples' and ur conclusion that "bananas might not be there for different reason" isn't what ur question is asking for.. we've to decide how one of them has to be in the bag as the bag CANNOT BE empty (it COULD BE empty if the assumption was 'if there are bananas then are apples' then the contrapositive would've concluded none, but ur assumption is either of them has to be there)
this was very helpful!
