Phase 1 per to pani for sure milta hai aur Oxygen ka koi major challenge nahi hai par phase 2 pe oxygen kam hoga because of 14000 feet height and pani/food stall ke baare mein surity nahi hai kyonki main nahi ja paaya.

In which month and dates we should visit to experience good snow and live snowfall, because last year december we visited to manali, there also we didn't experience live snowfall, please suggest anyone which month and dates are good for good snowfall in kashmir
No one can control/predict weather but having said that January / February will have highest probability of Snowfall in Kashmir.

Yes, totally worth it. I stayed one night and kind of regret it.

You can stay 3 nights in Srinagar & 1 night in Gulmarg. You can also plan a day trip to Sonamarg or Doodhpathari.

In my knowledge, only Srinagar Leh highway around Sonamarg is closed due to heavy snow near Sonamarg. In Pahalgam probably Chandanwari or other higher reaches are closed. Most of the roads remain open. Kashmir is all weather destination.

You can skip it then and add Doodhpathri and or Aharbal to your itinerary.
